What compounded GLP-1 sellers state about their prices
Of 80 current prices for compounded semaglutide from 72 US sellers, 18 say how many days or weeks of medication the price buys. Advertised monthly prices run from $41 to $369, with a median of $169. Of 77 current prices for compounded tirzepatide from 73 US sellers, 14 say how many days or weeks of medication the price buys. Advertised monthly prices run from $69 to $399, with a median of $219.
The counts
Current prices only, each read on the seller's own page. A seller with two products counts twice in the price counts and once in the seller count.

Why the supply matters
Two prices can only be compared if both say what they buy. "$199 a month" says how often a charge comes, not how much medication it pays for: a 28-day supply billed monthly costs more over a year than a 30-day supply at the same price. That is why GLPcompare ranks a price per 30 days only when the seller states its supply, and lists every other price with its own words.
The advertised price is also usually a seller's lowest. Many charge the same at every dose and others charge more as the dose rises, so a price without a stated top dose leaves open what the treatment costs once the dose has gone up.
Compounded products are not FDA-approved, and these counts say nothing about their quality or safety. They describe what sellers publish, not what any buyer ends up paying.
How to check or cite this
Every count comes from the open price data (CC BY 4.0), using its supply_days, top_dose_price_usd and membership_fee columns. Prices for packages longer than a month, or paid upfront, are left out of the advertised figures. The tirzepatide and semaglutide pages list every price behind them.
