GLP-1 telehealth reviews and ratings
We read Trustpilot, the BBB and the FDA for 74 online GLP-1 sellers on Nov 6, 2026. 16 are rated F by the BBB, 17 have an FDA warning letter, and 4 hold up on all three: Noom, Sesame, AgelessRx, and SingleCare.
These records describe how a business deals with customers and what regulators have told it. They do not measure medical quality or results, and GLPcompare does not rate sellers itself. A referral program never changes this page's order.

GLP-1 seller reviews: common questions
Which online GLP-1 sellers have the best reviews?
Among sellers with at least 1,000 Trustpilot reviews, the highest scores are Ivim Health (4.9), Hone Health (4.8), SkinnyRx (4.8), Fifty 410 (4.7), Wellmedr (4.7), and LumiMeds (4.7). A high Trustpilot score does not settle it: several of those carry a BBB F or an FDA warning letter, so read them together.
Which GLP-1 sellers hold up on all three records?
Noom, Sesame, AgelessRx, and SingleCare have at least 1,000 Trustpilot reviews with a score of 4.0 or more, a BBB rating of A- or better, and no FDA warning letter we could find.
Which GLP-1 sellers have an FDA warning letter?
Eden, Maximus, OrderlyMeds, NexLife, Ivim Health, MEDVi, Fifty 410, SkinnyRx, Zappy Health, Strut Health, Direct Meds, Remedy Meds, Hims & Hers, LumiMeds, Sprout Health, Curex, and Healthy Living Clinic. Each letter is linked below. A warning letter is the FDA's notice of what it considers a violation, here mostly about what a website claimed about compounded drugs. It is not a finding by a court.
Why do sellers rated F by the BBB score well on Trustpilot?
The 13 GLP-1 sellers the BBB rates F, each with at least 100 Trustpilot reviews, average 4.3 on Trustpilot. They measure different things. The BBB calls its rating its opinion of how a business is likely to interact with customers, based on complaint history, transparency and public data. Trustpilot collects customer reviews, which it says it screens but does not fact-check, and most of these profiles are on a paid Trustpilot plan, as Trustpilot itself labels them.
