GLP-1 cash price data
Every US self-pay GLP-1 price we track, as a file you can download, reuse and cite. Each of the 58 quotes carries the seller's own terms, the date we last read it and the page we read it on. The files are rebuilt from the same records as every price on this site, so they always match it.

Right now 58 of the 58 quotes are within their 21-day review window, and 26 state a supply period, so they carry a cost per 30 days. To compare them interactively, use the price comparison.
What each row holds
One row per quote: one product from one seller at one published price. Empty cells mean the seller does not state that fact; nothing is estimated to fill them.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| quote_id | Stable identifier for the quote (seller and product). |
| product | The product as the seller offers it, e.g. "Zepbound single-dose vials (2.5 mg)". |
| ingredient | The active ingredient. |
| brand | The FDA-approved brand, when the quote is for one. Empty for generics, compounded products and multi-brand coupons. |
| form | injection or tablet, when stated. |
| seller | Who sells or issues the price: a manufacturer program, a telehealth provider, a compounding service or a coupon. |
| seller_type | Manufacturer direct, telehealth, compounded or retail cash. |
| compounded | yes for a compounded product. Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved. |
| price_kind | What the price buys: the medication, the medication plus a membership or provider fee, a membership fee alone, or a program-wide starting price. |
| advertised_price | The price as published, with its period, e.g. "$299/28 days" or "$238 first month". |
| price_usd | The advertised amount in US dollars. Empty when the seller publishes no amount. |
| price_terms | The terms the price depends on: dose, plan length, introductory period, what is included. |
| supply_days | Days of medication the price buys, when the seller states it. |
| upfront_months | Months that must be paid up front, when more than one. |
| cost_per_30_days_usd | The price converted to 30 days, only for a current quote with a stated supply period and no separate fee schedule. Empty otherwise. |
| top_dose | The highest dose the seller publishes a price for. |
| top_dose_price | The published price at that dose. |
| top_dose_price_usd | That price in US dollars. |
| offer_ends | The last day an advertised offer applies, when the seller states one (YYYY-MM-DD). |
| checked_on | The date (UTC) this quote was last read on its source page (YYYY-MM-DD). |
| review_status | current within 21 days of checked_on; overdue after that, when the quote is kept only as a dated reference. |
| confidence | confirmed when read on the seller's own page; reported when it comes from a third party (a coupon site or a review). |
| source_url | The page the price was read on. |
| referral_program | yes when GLPcompare may earn a referral fee from this seller. Rankings on GLPcompare ignore it. |
| glpcompare_page | The GLPcompare page for this seller, with every quote in context. |
| notes | Conditions, eligibility, fees and caveats from the seller's terms. |
How each price is checked
Every quote is read on the page in its source_url column: the manufacturer's self-pay program, the telehealth provider's pricing page, the compounding service's product page or the coupon listing. The date of that reading is checked_on, in UTC, and each quote has its own date. A quote is rechecked within 21 days; past that it stays in the file as a dated reference, marked overdue, without a cost per 30 days.
Prices are copied as the seller states them, with their conditions: introductory months, plan lengths, refill windows, membership fees billed separately. A total that adds a membership or provider fee to the medication is labeled as such in price_kind. The methodology covers every source in detail.

What the data does not cover
- Insurance copays and coverage. These are self-pay prices; what an insured patient pays depends on the plan.
- Medicare. The $50 Medicare GLP-1 Bridge copay and the 2027 negotiated prices are separate references on the price comparison, never mixed with cash quotes.
- Local pharmacy variation beyond the coupon listings included, and state-by-state availability.
- Medical suitability. Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved. Nothing here is medical advice; a prescriber decides which medication and dose fit.
The referral_program column shows the sellers that may pay GLPcompare a referral fee. It does not change any price, and the price order on this site ignores it.
