GLP-1 prices for November 2026: what changed

2026-11-06 · 9 min read · GLPcompare Editorial

Short answer: in November 2026 the lowest FDA-approved self-pay price in the US is still $149 for 30 days at a starting dose (Wegovy pill 1.5 mg, Ozempic tablets 1.5 mg, Foundayo 0.8 mg). The lowest FDA-approved injection is about $213 per 30 days at a starting dose and about $374 per 30 days at the top standard dose. Among compounded prices that state how much medication they buy, tirzepatide starts at about $158 per 30 days and semaglutide injections at about $154 per 30 days. Manufacturer prices did not change this month. Telehealth sellers did, and most of the moves are promotions.

We read these prices on each seller's own page between November 1 and November 6, 2026, and GLPcompare now tracks 235 self-pay prices from 98 sellers. Prices change often, so confirm the amount due, the dose and any membership fee with the seller before you order. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. This is price information, not medical advice, and a listed price is not a recommendation of a product or a dose.

One lower price sits outside that table: Strut Health's compounded oral semaglutide lozenge is $99 for a stated 30-day supply, but Strut now prescribes compounded GLP-1s only when a commercially available GLP-1 is not an option for you.

The advertised prices that look lowest

Two sellers advertise far lower monthly prices than anything in the table above. Neither page states how much medication the price buys in a way we can compare per 30 days, so we show them with their terms and do not rank them per 30 days.

  • Wellmedr: compounded semaglutide from $41 a month and compounded tirzepatide from $71 a month, under a "Pre-Black Friday Sale" with no end date. They were $49 and $89 earlier in October. Wellmedr is a referral partner of GLPcompare.
  • Embody: a flat $49 a month for compounded semaglutide and $99 a month for tirzepatide on its homepage, also under a "Pre-Black Friday Sale". The plan length is not stated beside the price. Embody is a referral partner of GLPcompare.

A price advertised under a sale with no end date can change without notice, so confirm what you will pay after the first order. The no-commitment list shows these with every other month-to-month price.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed, and as of May 31, 2026 it had received 990 reports of adverse events associated with compounded semaglutide and more than 730 with compounded tirzepatide (FDA). The compounded GLP-1 guide covers the rules and what they mean for you.

New sellers on GLPcompare

Three more sellers asked to be listed, and each price below was read on the seller's own page. Listing is free and a seller's request does not change its rank.

  • Healthy Living Clinic: compounded tirzepatide at $149 every 4 weeks for 3 to 9 mg on 12-week boxes paid in 3 payments, and $199 a month above 9 mg. That is about $160 per 30 days, second among the prices that state their supply.
  • Surfbound Health: compounded semaglutide at $169 and tirzepatide at $219 every 28 days, the same at every dose.
  • TOM Weight Loss: Texas and Utah only. Compounded semaglutide at $199 a month and tirzepatide at $249 a month, the same at every dose.

Deadlines before the end of the year

  • December 31, 2026: NovoCare's $199 introductory Wegovy and Ozempic pen fills need a prescription written and received by this date, and the fills must ship by January 31, 2027. After that the same pens are $349 per fill at the lower doses.
  • December 31, 2026: Foundayo's temporary prices at the lower doses end, and Costco's listed $199 Wegovy pen and $149 Wegovy pill prices rise to $349 and $199.
  • Black Friday: Wellmedr, Embody, SnagRx and CoraDoc already advertise pre-Black Friday prices, LumiMeds a sale through December 1, and Surfbound Health a code that takes $20 off a first order. Every sale and promo code is on one page, and we publish what moves each week in Price Watch.

Questions people ask about these prices

What is the cheapest GLP-1 without insurance in November 2026? The lowest FDA-approved price is $149 for 30 days at a starting dose of the Wegovy pill, Ozempic tablets or Foundayo. The lowest compounded injections that state their supply are about $154 per 30 days for semaglutide and about $158 per 30 days for tirzepatide, and compounded products are not FDA-approved.

What does compounded tirzepatide cost at the full dose? Prices that state their supply start at about $213 per 30 days at 15 mg. Many sellers charge the same at every dose, and others rise with the dose, so check the full-dose list rather than a starting price.

Which sellers charge no membership fee? Most compounded sellers include care in the price, and the ones that charge a fee on top are named on the tirzepatide and semaglutide pages.

Can I use my HSA or FSA, or insurance? See what the IRS says and what each seller says about HSA and FSA money and which online programs take insurance.

Does Medicare cover these? The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge caps the copay at $50 a month for eligible Part D enrollees for certain medications.

How we check prices

We read every self-pay quote on the seller's own page and record the date on each one. A quote not rechecked within 21 days is shown as overdue and left out of price rankings. Some of the sellers above pay GLPcompare a referral fee when a reader buys through a link here; each is labeled, and a fee never changes a price we show. How we compare explains the rest.

Compare the options

We publish these changes each month. Prices on the comparison pages update as soon as we recheck them.
