The pharmacies named most often are BelieveRx (formerly VialsRx) (6 sellers), RedRock Pharmacy (5 sellers), Hallandale Pharmacy (4 sellers), Health Warehouse (4 sellers), and The Pharmacy Hub (4 sellers). The FDA has sent warning letters to Empower Pharmacy, Boothwyn Pharmacy, and ProRx.
Warning letters to pharmacies sellers name
Each letter is about that pharmacy on its date, not about a seller that names it. The sellers below name the pharmacy on their own pages.

What the FDA says to look for
“In other cases, the labels of the fraudulent compounded medicine contain the name of a licensed pharmacy that, based on information FDA has gathered, did not compound these products.” FDA (FDA on unapproved GLP-1 drugs) It also asks you to report a pharmacy name on a label that you think might be fraudulent. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
GLPcompare links out only to sellers with a referral program: if you sign up or buy through one of those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. For other sellers we show the price and the seller's address, and suggest sellers we can link to. It never changes the price you pay or the underlying data. Partner status and commission rates contribute to offer and provider value scores and can change their order. Every partner is labeled. Value scores are not medical recommendations; a higher-ranked offer is not necessarily the lowest price or the right product for you.
Common questions
Which pharmacy makes compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide?
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are made by compounding pharmacies, and the seller you pay is usually not one. Of 85 US sellers whose pages we read, 32 name at least one pharmacy, and 53 name none.
Which sellers use RedRock Pharmacy?
Embody, SnagRx, MEDVi, REMEVi, MEDGm name it on their own pages, read Nov 6, 2026. A seller's list can change, and a prescription may go to another of its pharmacies, so the label on what arrives is the record.
Which sellers use Hallandale Pharmacy?
Join Luma, Ondra Health, Ozari Health, Big Easy Weight Loss name it on their own pages, read Nov 6, 2026. A seller's list can change, and a prescription may go to another of its pharmacies, so the label on what arrives is the record.
Which sellers use Belmar Pharmacy?
Sunlight, Care Bare Rx, Raeliva name it on their own pages, read Nov 6, 2026. A seller's list can change, and a prescription may go to another of its pharmacies, so the label on what arrives is the record.
Which sellers use Strive Pharmacy?
Sunlight, Care Bare Rx, Raeliva name it on their own pages, read Nov 6, 2026. A seller's list can change, and a prescription may go to another of its pharmacies, so the label on what arrives is the record.
Which sellers use Empower Pharmacy?
PreventiveMD, TOM Weight Loss name it on their own pages, read Nov 6, 2026. A seller's list can change, and a prescription may go to another of its pharmacies, so the label on what arrives is the record.
What is the difference between a 503A pharmacy and a 503B outsourcing facility?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for individual prescriptions under its state board, and a 503B outsourcing facility registers with the FDA. In the FDA's words: "Outsourcing facilities are inspected by FDA according to a risk-based schedule and are subject to increased quality standards." and "Generally, state boards of pharmacy have primary responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of state-licensed pharmacies that are not registered with FDA as outsourcing facilities."
Has the FDA warned any of these pharmacies?
Yes. Empower Clinic Services, LLC dba Empower Pharmacy, Sep 18, 2026: "During the inspection, the investigators collected evidence indicating that drug products you produced failed to meet the conditions of section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act" Boothwyn Pharmacy, LLC, Jan 16, 2026: "During the inspection, the investigators noted serious deficiencies in your practices for producing drug products, which put patients at risk." ProRx LLC, Apr 7, 2026: "During the inspection, the investigator noted that drug products you produced failed to meet the conditions of section 503B of the FDCA necessary for drugs produced by an outsourcing facility to qualify for exemptions from certain provisions of the FDCA." A letter is about that pharmacy on that date. We link each one so you can read what it says and what it does not.
Why does a seller not name its pharmacy?
53 of the sellers we read name none on their pages, usually saying only that it is licensed. Some say they name it after you order. You can ask before you pay, and the name should be on the label of what arrives. The FDA warns: "In other cases, the labels of the fraudulent compounded medicine contain the name of a licensed pharmacy that, based on information FDA has gathered, did not compound these products."
